Traffic impact assessment for a 4* hotel in Nicosia

Komvos Consulting have been commissioned to develop the traffic impact assessment of a 4* hotel in Nicosia to support the planning permission application. The proposed tourist development includes 144 hotel rooms, conference hall, F & B facilities as well as gym and SPA. The TIA investigates the traffic impact of the generated traffic on 4 junctions and analyses the proposed parking capacity.
